Report: Obama to Visit Nashua Feb. 2

January 26, 2010Matt Suermann

NH Political Report (subscription required) is reporting that President Obama will be making a trip next Tuesday to Nashua.

Aides to President Barack Obama are busy planning a presidential trip to Nashua next Tuesday, two sources with knowledge of the trip tell NHPoliticalReport.com.

The visit is likely to be part of the traditional stumping a president does after his State of the Union address, which is set to be delivered tomorrow night. This will be Obama’s second trip to the state as president.

I will be interesting to see whether Paul Hodes, Carol Shea-Porter, or John Lynch will be anywhere near this event.  With Obama’s recent 0-3 record, it could easily spell doom for their re-election chances.  Then again, it would probably be best for them to show and show their support for his agenda.

They have been with him from the beginning after all.

Will update as more information is released.
