Fresh off of his second tour of duty at the NHGOP, Executive Director Andy Leach has been hired to be Sen.-elect Kelly Ayotte’s Outreach Director.  This is a great hire for Ayotte and great news for Andy as well!  He will be sorely missed at the helm of the NHGOP.  Congrats and it couldn’t have gone to a better guy!

Here are the details from DiStaso:

WEDNESDAY UPDATE: NEW AYOTTE STAFFERS. The outgoing executive director of the Republican State Committee will move to U.S. Sen.-elect Kelly Ayotte’s staff when she takes office in January.

Andy Leach, who announced through a party spokesman earlier this that he’ll leave the state GOP office before the end of outgoing chairman John H. Sununu’s term, will become Ayotte’s Director of Outreach.

Leach will be represent Ayotte in meetings with community leaders and help her advocate New Hampshire’s interests with federal agencies. Sununu said Leach “deserves as much credit as anyone for the Republican success in 2010. I cannot imagine how the state committee could have functioned over the past two years without his commitment and tireless efforts.” He said Ayotte “has made a suburb choice.”
