Top NH Democrat: ‘Poor People Hurting My Law Firms Profits’
December 21, 2010I always wondered why Kathy Sullivan, the partner of a succesful law firm was so, let’s say, generous, with other peoples money; it all came to light when I found this gem (see her post below) where Sullivan states that government must pay for everyone’s health insurance. The reason will surprise some. Kathy Sullivan is upset that her law firm has to pay such high premiums for her law firms employees and wishes she could find a way around the high payments. Well, she has. Sullivan wants all of us to pay for national health care. Not becuase she cares about the poor of course but because she wants higher profits. How generous of Kathy Sullivan the top democrat leader in NH to wish her law firms premiums could be lower by getting all of us to help her law firm lower its costs. So this proves once and for all, Kathy Sullivan isn’t a socialist, a democrat, or a person who really cares about the poor or the people who don’t have health care. What this proves is that Kathy Sullivan is a cheapskate, a woman who actually watches her companies bottom line, someone that cares about profits for her and her partners at Wadliegh, Peters in Manchester. Someone who wants to game the system so that she can make bigger profits and take home more money for herself. What her statement says about her is that Kathy Sullivan is a liar and a cheat. She isn’t really interested in helping poor people without health insurance, what she really cares about is that all of us get stuck footing the bill so she won’t have to, so she can take home more money for herself. What a hypocrite. (see her statement below)
“Ironically: For all the talk about “socialism”, the current system is the ultimate in wealth re-distribution. Those who pay for insurance are paying to cover those with no insurance. My firm just switched carriers so that our increase is “only” 9.8% next year, instead of 15%. Why are we and our employees forced to pay higher premiums to cover that part of the ever increasing costs of health care that is caused by people without insurance? Hey, am I the first person to make this redistribution of wealth argument? I like it!” Kathy Sullivan 2 @ Tue Dec 14, 2010 at 15:19:11 PM CST BlueHampshire
